Bruce lee slot machines

Even the internal digital display for credits does not come on. None of the digital displays for credits/wins come on. When I turn it on, the backlight for the payout legend at the top and the backlight for the large bruce lee image at the bottom both illuminate, but no other lights come on. Other than branding, it appears identical to the 'Model 1' machine in the Pachislo owner manual:

I just got a Bruce Lee slot machine, manufactured by Takasago.
